Sharing an area with the kitchen we have a table and chairs, sofa, armchair and Smart TV. Access to balcony at the front of the house. From here we can access the upper terrace of the house through a beautiful iron staircase combined with oak steps.

Fully equipped open kitchen with an island in the middle, induction hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, oven, microwave and mirror effect fridge.

Here you will find a double bed with an open wardrobe, TV and access to an interior patio with a hammock so you can enjoy the nights in our house al fresco. Like the rest of the rooms, it has viscoelastic pillows and mattresses with various comfort zones, necessary for a comfortable rest.

In this room we have 2 single beds and 1 wardrobe. It has access to a balcony at the front of the house.

In this room we find a bunk bed with an open wardrobe. This room gives access to a small inner courtyard where you will find the washing machine and area to spread out the clothes.

Design bathroom with a perfect combination between modern and classic. It has a bathtub.

In the garage of the house you can park 1 large car or 2 small ones. You will also find available 2 paddle surfboards, a double kayak, and some beach utensils such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc...
